Yes — Gurukul Management Studies is affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), Government of West Bengal and approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education). The institution is also recognised by IIC (Institution's Innovation Council) and the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
The BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) 3-year degree consists of 6 semesters. Gurukul also offers a 4-year BCA Honours programme (8 semesters) for students who wish to pursue a more specialised qualification.
Students who have passed 10+2 (any stream — Science, Commerce or Arts) with a minimum of 45% marks are eligible. Students awaiting results may also apply provisionally.
The 3-year BCA degree programme costs ₹1,74,000 in total. The 4-year BCA Honours programme costs ₹2,18,000. Fees can be paid semester-wise (see Fees section above).
Yes. Merit-based discounts are available: 15% off for students scoring above 90% in Class 12, 10% off for above 80%, and 5% off for above 70%. A 7% discount is also offered if the full course fee is paid at once. Army and Police wards are eligible for this discount. Education loan guidance is also available.
